Demand Resource FCM Funding Plan

A Lead Market Participant should complete the Delist Cost Workbook for each FCA Qualified Existing Capacity Resource (Generator, Demand Resource or Export) in which the Lead Participant does not want to receive a capacity obligation.

A Lead Market Participant must submit the Non-Price Retirement form to request a retirement of the entire capacity of a Generating Capacity Resource, no later than 120 days prior to the date of the relevant FCA.
