Description

Auction bid data received by the ISO from participants for the Monthly FTR Auction. This report will list the customer's FTR Monthly market bids by location. The source and destination location information will be printed on the reports. This report is meant for distribution to MIS SFTP site. The reports are generated monthly per customer, one report for each monthly auction.

  customer is the 9 digit number of customer id,
  settlement is the date of the first day of the month for which the data applies, formatted as YYYYMMDD,
  version is the date/time when the report was generated, formatted as YYYYMMDDHHMSS
Note: The comments will detail the 'from' and 'to' dates for which the bids apply.
